Welcome back (or welcome for the first time!)... I guess the title says it all on this one. In fact, alot of people ask me all the time, "What are your favorite Precious Moments figurines?" Well, I've done a little digging and I've found some awesome deals on eBay and Amazon (the BEST sellers, and the only two I deal with). It really all depends on whether you're looking for birthday figurines, wedding, Christmas, angel; or in a particular series, like the Growing in Grace or Birthday Train figurines. My wife and I collect based on rarity and condition of the figurine, but we also keep up with the new figurines, because who knows if those ones will end up being the rare ones in the future.

I just got finished watching the new Disney movie "Up" with my son. I realize it's been out for awhile, so I wouldn't say entirely new, but I must admit, I don't keep up with movies as well as I should. I'm usually the guy left standing there with nothing to say when all my co-workers are gabbing about the newest and greatest cinema release.
Anyway, I looked it up online after I finished watching it because it was just such an enjoyable masterpiece (for lack of better words =) It follows a lonely old man who desires nothing more than to venture to a "lost" land of sorts…the lost wilds of South America I think.
With his wife having passed away, and dreading the everyday routine of existence, he attaches thousands of balloons to his house which floats up high and takes him away on his journey. Only he's not alone…a young boyscout named Russell has unwittingly joined him.
Just brilliant and visually stunning. One of those precious moments I will always cherish with my son. Here's a link to the movie (I strongly recommend it), and also to fit the theme, some great deals I found on some beautiful Disney Precious Moments figurines.
